Ivan Ketterman brings four decades of professional taxation and financial experience to 1784 Holdings. He has worked with some of the world’s largest and most respected public accounting firms, as well as in an in-house capacity for private companies.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ketterman spearheads all accounting, tax and financial considerations of 1784 Holdings. He coordinates bridge financing for the company’s self-storage and solar projects for privately placed investments.
Mr. Ketterman’s career has included positions with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as Accuity LLP, Clifton Gunderson and Larson. In addition to accounting firm work, he has served as tax director for Outrigger Enterprises, the largest privately-held Hawaii hospitality company.
Married for 45 years, Mr. Ketterman and his wife have three grown daughters. They enjoy participating in their church music program, traveling and reading. They regularly travel to Central America and have extensively explored the Pacific Rim.
Mr. Ketterman’s career has led them to positions in Guam, Saipan and Hawaii, which afforded them opportunity to adventure to Japan, Singapore and other countries in the region.
Mr. Ketterman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and his Masters Degree in Taxation from Villanova University.
