CHAIRMAN & CEO

Mr. Albers’ extensive experience in capital markets, real estate lending and development spans several decades.  As the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Manager of 1784 Holdings, Mr. Albers allocates capital for the company and strategically oversees the investment activities of acquisition, development, and disposition of properties.

EXECUTIVE VP OF OPERATIONS

Theresa Guske serves a variety of roles at 1784 Holdings, ranging from investor relations to human resources and finance.  Ms. Guske handles portfolio management for the company’s investors and  coordinates day-to-day finances that include managing real estate transaction documentation and construction cost coordination.

EXECUTIVE VP OF REAL ESTATE

Kelly McKone brings nearly three decades of commercial real estate expertise to 1784 Holdings. As Executive Vice President of Real Estate, Mr. McKone coordinates all phases of the company’s real estate activities from site selection and entitlement work to construction and management of all properties and ultimate disposition.

CHIEF FINANCIAL ADVISOR

Mr. Hartl serves as 1784 Holdings’  primary liaison with financial institutions and partners.  This role includes researching potential finance partners and lenders,  establishing budgets, negotiating loan terms, and coordinating lending details through underwriting and loan conclusion.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Ivan Ketterman brings four decades of professional taxation and financial experience to 1784 Holdings. As Chief Financial  Officer, Mr. Ketterman spearheads all accounting, tax and financial considerations of 1784 Holdings.  He coordinates bridge financing for the company’s self-storage and solar projects for privately placed investments.

VICE PRESIDENT

Karen Maris brings four decades of banking and lending administration experience to 1784 Holdings.  Ms. Maris works to coordinate financial and support functions administratively across the company’s storage, multi-family and industrial platforms.

SENIOR VP OF UNDERWRITING

As Senior Vice President of Underwriting, Mr. Auchenbach is responsible for nationwide sourcing , analyzing, and underwriting all of the self-storage  investments nationwide.

VICE PRESIDENT, UNDERWRITING

As an analyst, Mr. Mueller assists in the underwriting of every 1784 Holdings project, both current and prospective, from acquisition through the construction loan and refinance processes.

VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS

Mr. Carlson works with the acquisition team to find development opportunities for self-storage and RV/boat parking across the nation.

Greg Koestner brings his extensive commercial real estate and military background to 1784 Holdings. Mr. Koestner works with the acquisition team to find development opportunities for self-storage and RV/boat parking across the nation.

VP OF CONSTRUCTION 

John Burke brings a vast experience in construction to his position as Vice President of Construction. John works with our general contractors and oversees all of the projects through final construction.

SR VP CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Skenandore is a driving force in optimizing all aspects of 1784’s projects from conception to completion. He boasts two decades of expertise in the Self-Storage industry. His experience and knowledge expand to roles such as Director of Operations, Pre-construction and Construction Management.
