As Senior Vice President, Mr. Hartl serves as 1784 Holdings’ primary liaison with financial institutions and partners. This role includes researching potential finance partners and lenders, establishing budgets, negotiating loan terms and coordinating lending details through underwriting and loan conclusion.
His career has included positions with Metro Phoenix Bank and First National Bank of Arizona. Additionally, he is a Principal/Owner of Scottsdale North Investment Corporation, an investment company focusing on acquiring value-added real estate.
Mr. Hartl provides effective financial planning strategies that create short and long-term profitability within this unique commercial real estate arena. His nimble approach to the industry allows 1784 Holdings to seize opportunities quickly and respond to ever-changing market dynamics.
A native of Dorfen, Germany (near Munich), Mr. Hartl is fluent in both German and English. He moved to Arizona more than 20 years ago to study Finance at Arizona State University. He and his wife have two young children. The family enjoys traveling and outdoor adventures, such as hiking, biking, and swimming.
